Institution of the House since 1890, the famous ducks are raised in the greatest tradition in Challans in Vendée. They feed on cereals and live in freedom where they unearth the little treasures that nature offers them. In the respect of the rules of maturation, only the noble parts of the duck are preserved and protected to allow it to improve with time. It is in the mouth that our matured duck supremes and thighs reveal their tenderness and this incomparable flavour.
