For the past thirty years we have been producing our own wines, under the watchful eye of David Ridgway, the restaurant's Head Sommelier, who follows every step of their development. Six cuvées where the elegance of the most beautiful Chardonnays of the Côte des Blancs prevails, all from terroirs classified as Grand Cru. A rich range that will delight the most demanding palates by its diversity.
