The domain

At the foot of the Corton mountain, it all began when François Tollot decided to plant vines at the end of the 1880s in Chorey-lès-Beaune. These wines, with their beautiful personality and high quality, are the result of rigorous work over time. The Tollot-Beaut family, owners for five generations, has made this vast estate a house of trust. In 1921, the estate became one of the first to bottle its wines in order to export its production to the United States. Today, the cousins Nathalie, Olivier and Jean-Paul Tollot are responsible for the production, which is made from a green harvest and completed by a traditionally ploughed vineyard where no fertiliser is added. The cellar still protects bottles dating back more than 250 years, which are carefully preserved. Due to their high quality and limited production, the wines are highly regarded and coveted.

The wine

Aromatic and spicy, with notes of cherry, strawberry, rose and sweet spices that make this 2012 wine delicate and sensual.
