The Cuvée Cathelin, grand cru blanc de blancs, is made exclusively from Chardonnay, the most sought-after grape variety in Champagne, from old vines in the Côte des Blancs, near the village of Chouilly.

A wine of lace par excellence, its bite, the finesse of its bubbles, and surprisingly complex aromas make it an airy wine, ideal for the aperitif in harmony with a refined meal.

For the first time in the history of blond wine, the label goes all the way around the bottle, allowing you to appreciate the work of Bernard Cathelin.

Lover of life and color, he was also a lover of Champagne wine, which is why Claude Terrail paid tribute to him by dedicating him this cuvée.
