This duo was created by André Terrail from recipe books handed down from generation to generation. The salt and the Mac Arthur sauce are made in the kitchens of La Tour d'Argent in Paris by Chef Yannick Franques, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, this sauce is made from fresh duck, herbs and red wine.

Chef's tips 

Reheat few minutes the sauce in hot-water bath. Then pour it over your dish and add a pinch of salt.
