Made exclusively for the Tour d'Argent, by Stephan Perrotte, named best jam maker in the world in 2015, this traditional preparation is made with rhubarb and strawberries.
An attractive combination of the subtle and delicate flavor of strawberry and the melting softness of rhubarb, enhanced by the tangy notes of Forest peppers, which are small berries from the mountains in Vietnam.

Made by Stéphan Perrotte in copper cauldrons in Vaudelnay.
