Created in 1979 by Bruno Clair, the entirely family-run farm now has 25 hectares spread over 7 villages and 28 different appellations. The estate combines respect for the soil and the search for the finesse and identity of each terroir. This is a great name in Burgundy.

The wine

This premier cru from Savigny-lès-Beaune offers a fruity palette (red fruits and more precisely strawberries) as well as a hint of vanilla. Give it a few more years to reveal its full potential. In the kitchen, rabbit or pigeon will do the trick.
