Created by Henri Jacqueson in 1946 from some land belonging to his ancestors, there were only 5 winegrowers who believed at the time in the future of Rully wines. The wager was successful and this precursor began to offer his wine in bottles by promoting the Rully appellation, whose date of creation dates back to 1939. Paul Jacqueson came to assist his father in 1971 and took over some time later. Since 2006, the family estate has been owned by Paul's daughter, Marie, and her son, Pierre, who are working hard to perpetuate the know-how of this heritage.
This vintage is certainly the most beautiful of the estate. Accessible, it is a nice way to discover a red of Burgundy which has a real density.
