A rigorous selection of brown mustard seeds, stone ground, mildly seasoned, using traditional work techniques and knowledge, patience and slow maturation in oak casks over three months which gives this wholegrain mustard seeds with cider and honey a unique flavor.  
Ideal accompaniment to your meats, with a hint of honey and acidity.

Produced at La Moutarderie Charentaise in Gourvillette.
