This spicy duck salt is an exclusive creation of our Chef, Philippe Labbé. A reference to the emblem of our House, this Guérande salt mixed with mesmerizing spices - Sichuan pepper, coriander, cumin and raspberries – will enhance your roast ducklings or red meats.
