Our duck terrine with foie gras, port, Armagnac, spices and orange is meant to be gourmet and generous.

Duck meat 34%, pork fat, duck foie gras 9%, eggs, fresh cream, starch, fish gelatin, salt, candied orange zest  0.9%, Armagnac, port, milk proteins, poultry stock (salt, essence, potato starch, chicken fat, aromatic herbs, potato maltodextrin, glucose syrup, spices, dehydrated chicken, antioxidant : rosemary extract), spices, sugar, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite.
