Picked before fully ripe, green peppercorns are sweet, less spicy than black pepper and very aromatic.   
They go wonderfully well with duck and add to its lovely taste with a subtle touch of the exotic.


Duck meat 34%, pork fat, duck foie gras 9%, eggs, fresh cream, starch, fish gelatin, salt, green pepper 0.9%, Armagnac, port, milk proteins, poultry stock (salt, essence, potato starch, glucose syrup, spices, dehydrated chicken, antioxidant : rosemary extract), spices, sugar, antioxidant : sodium ascorbate, preservative : sodium nitrite.
