They are small and so delicious, our mini jars of vegetables to be spread according to exclusive recipes imagined by our Chef and conceived with the love of the good products rigorously selected by Rue Traversette which cook them in an artisanal way with vegetables, spices & aromatic herbs. These vegetable spreads are an ode to summer and can be enjoyed as an aperitif on toasted bread or as an appetizer on a nice slice of farmhouse bread with a raw ham.
The spreads are cooked with imagination by Stéphane Strobl in the cauldrons of Rue Traversette, between vineyards and garrigues in Saint-André-de-Sangonis in the heart of Hérault. Since 2005, Rue Traversette has been putting into pots all that the vegetable world offers of good and beautiful: vegetables, fruits and spices.
