The first plots of vines on the Domaine Baumard were recorded as early as 1634, in the heart of the Loire Valley. It is to Jean Baumard that we owe the current configuration of the vineyard, who was the first winegrower in Anjou to establish a foothold on both sides of the Loire River. The domain has since been taken over by his son Florent, who is responsible for the destiny of these 40 hectares and combines the expression of the terroir with the technical mastery passed on by his father.
Resolutely fruity with aromas of candied pineapple, citrus and white fruit. What stands out is its freshness.
