The domain

The first plots of vines of the Domaine Baumard were identified in 1634, in the heart of the Loire Valley. It is to Jean Baumard that we owe the current configuration of the vineyard, who was the first winegrower of Anjou to take foot on each side of the Loire River. The domain has since been taken over by his son Florent, who watches over the destiny of these 40 hectares and combines the expression of the terroir with the technical mastery passed on by his father.

The wine

This sweet white wine is characterized by aromas of candied pineapple and a rich mouth with aromas of citrus, peach and white fruits. It can be drunk on its own, but also as an aperitif, accompanied by foie gras toast or blue cheese.
