Matured over one year in oak casks, above the bay of Paulilles in the eastern Pyrénées, our country vinegar has an intense red cover, a bouquet of small red fruits and a strong aroma.
Can go very well with a salad, with crudités, on meats and fish, or even with strawberry based desserts.
